How it works
Twelve weeks at home, on a track that fits your week.
Yorùbá at Home is the first programme from CLC. A trained tutor comes to your house for 12 weeks — three 90-minute sessions a week on a weekday track, or two at weekends — and teaches your child through song, story, play and real conversation.
You don’t need to speak Yorùbá. Most of our parents don’t — that is rather the point.
1 · A 15-minute conversation
We talk about your children, your household and the track that would suit you, and answer your questions. There is no obligation.
2 · Choose your track and plan
Pick the Monday, Tuesday or Weekend track and a time that works, then a monthly or quarterly plan. One price covers your whole family, up to 3 children.
3 · We confirm your tutor and start date
CLC assigns a vetted, trained tutor and confirms your start date on WhatsApp. Your first session is a parent orientation, where your tutor walks you through the programme, the tools and the resources.
4 · Sessions at home, with progress you can see
Sessions run in your home with a responsible adult present. A progress update every month, weekly WhatsApp support so you can join in, and a review at the halfway point.

Every track is the same programme at the same price. The days, the time and the number of sessions each week are what change.
Monday track
Monday, Wednesday and Friday
3 sessions a week
90 minutes, starting 2:00pm or 4:30pm
Tuesday track
Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday
3 sessions a week
90 minutes, starting 2:00pm or 4:30pm
Your Saturday session runs at the same time as your weekday ones.
Weekend track
Saturday and Sunday
2 sessions a week
90 minutes, starting 9:00am, 11:30am, 2:00pm or 4:30pm
Two sessions a week, one fewer than the weekday tracks. The price is the same.

Who is in your home
You’re not hiring a stranger off an app.
CLC recruits, trains, background-checks and continuously reviews every tutor. You contract with CLC — not with the tutor — and CLC is who you come to if anything needs to change.
CLC does not offer childcare, babysitting, or unsupervised care.
We recruit and vet
Every tutor is background-checked and trained by CLC before they ever reach a family.
We train and review
Tutors are trained to teach through the performing arts, and are reviewed continuously — not once at hiring.
You deal with CLC
One point of contact for scheduling, changes and concerns. If a match is not right, we change it.
An adult is always present
A responsible adult stays at home throughout every session. CLC does not offer childcare, babysitting, or unsupervised care of any child.
